can’t rate what is damaged and not being used. don’t not order from this company, fraud, sent wrong machine and Alibaba trade assurance does not back up their promise. I file claim on UPS as instructed by seller and the feedback was sent to them not us so we don’t know if they got paid for the damage or whatever the response was. multiple conversation with alibaba trade assurance which was joke in itself, no resolution. so yes, as a medical provider don’t trust this company. we did everything right to pursue a refund or mostly just the right replacement machine with our logo and yet nothing.
